In my search for tropical fruit I met a wonderful lady who donated a five gallon bucket of papayas from her own tree. Bless her! Today the Making Papaya Jam demonstrations begin! A few people came to the Craft Kitchen to see what was happening. At least one little girl was drawn by the wonderful smell.
We added labels, tied authentic A&B madras on the lids, and voila! Look at this gorgeous jam.
