I found our trip log from July. Today is our four-month anniversary of driving away from Clovis and life as we knew it.
It has been four months since I have:
Hugged our Gurr cat
Used a calculator
Spent more than an hour away from Jim
Eaten anything bar-b-qued by Jim
Had my hair cut by someone who usually cuts white peoples' hair
It has been over a year since I sat in my recliner hugging the cat and wishing I could have a wonderful adventure somewhere else in the world while paying back some of my blessings.
